The Hospital Assistant Director of Quality will work at one of the long-term care acute hospitals in the greater Massachusetts area. This 182-bed facility continues to grow, offering an array of inpatient and outpatient services including physical therapy, pulmonary medicine, respiratory care, transitional care, rehabilitation services and specialized complex care that is specialized in caring for individuals requiring treatment for stroke and other neurological conditions, vascular disease, complex diabetes management, multi-trauma, multi-drug resistant organisms, post-surgical wounds and infections, multi-organ failure, and cardiac conditions. Based on the U.S. Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services report that publishes quality data measurements for Long-Term Care Hospitals, this facility continues to rank above national benchmarks in CAUTI, CLABSI, and CDI. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Hospital Assistant Director of Quality will be accountable for managing all quality initiatives of the facility. Responsibilities include implementing quality performance improvement initiations, cross collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop long term strategic growth plans, and prepare material for accreditation and surveys. Ideally, the Hospital Assistant Director of Quality will have prior quality management experience within an inpatient long-term or rehabilitation facility.
