The intensive care unit has 10+ beds, specializing in Joint Replacement, and Spine Surgery. This ICU Manager will be responsible for overseeing the needs of every patient and staff member in the unit on a daily basis. The ability to multi-task and 

Reporting directly up to the Director ICU, the Manager will be responsible for 20+ FTES daily. The Manager ICU will have constant support from those FTE’s as well as take the place of the Director when unavailable. They will carry responsibilities pertaining to performance improvement, budgeting, and staffing of RN’s in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Facilitating meetings with other units through consistent communication, and running special projects for the leadership team are some other responsibilities that this manager will hold. This hospital is looking for a leader with 3+ years of critical care experience in an acute-care facility as well as a BLS for consideration.
