Entry-level corporate Development / mergers & acquisitions analyst will become an integral member of the Equifax Corporate Development team by delivering superior financial analysis, executive-ready communication materials and industry research in support of Corporate Development’s mandate. The Analyst will possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills in order to work successfully with internal clients and team members as well as third parties in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do


  • Developing valuation analyses and various Excel based financial models (3 statement, DCF, etc.) to measure target company performance, assess value and develop strategy


  • Researching and analyzing industry data and company financial statements


  • Organizing, reviewing and analyzing due diligence processes and materials


  • Developing executive level presentations and proposal decks with detailed findings for senior management review and approval


  • Assessing acquisition target metrics including but not limited to financial performance and operational fit


Qualifications (up to 4-5 bullet items recommended)


  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related


  • 0-1 years of related experience including internships


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


  • Must be highly analytical and resourceful


  • Strong technical skills including MS Office with advanced proficiency in Excel required


  • Effective communication and the ability to meet deadlines


  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
