Looking to work on new distributed technologies? The Architecture Team at Homecare Homebase, LLC (HCHB) is looking for experienced Application Architect candidates. We are currently designing, building, and transforming a set of modern micro services based platforms and distributed systems in a Hybrid Cloud Environment to empower exceptional care. Our platform connects thousands of devices in near time to help clinicians make informed decisions. Ingesting hundreds of thousands of visits daily, we process, analyze, and communicate bi-directionally vast amounts of data across the continuum of the patient.
What You Will Do
Design, POC, and help drive development of commercialized platforms, systems, and components, using industry standard architecture patterns and practices (preference given to commercialization/shipping product experience).
“Hands on keyboard” mindset and bias to action to prove your designs around scale, performance, security, management and operational planes, and reliability (preference given to PaaS experiences in Azure).
Work and collaborate with other Architects to drive code transformation (design peer and stakeholder reviews, POC code reviews and contribution, SAFe planning) within the teams.
Have an innate understanding of modern software architecture patterns and their “real world” application (preference given to depth and breadth around Cloud, Event Driven, and Service Oriented patterns and their distinctions).
Have an innate understanding of modern software development lifecycle and CI/CD practices (preference given to Git/Azure DevOps/Release Mgmt. day to day experience).
Be SME for KT of the platforms within the development organization (preference given to prior leadership and technical teaching experience within a software organization).
What You Will Bring
3-5 years' development and architecture experience with .Net stack overall (preference given to recent experience with .Net Core 2.x and above).
1-3 years' architecture experience for cross platform distribution across web first with mobile channels involving modern languages and frameworks (preference given to understanding of JavaScript/Typescript stack with recent experience w/TS v2.x and above + Angular 4 and above).
1-3 years' experience and comfort level working with Senior Architecture colleagues in a fast paced Agile environment.
1-3 years' architecture experience with microservices (preference given to recent experience with current frameworks/cluster/routing technologies such as Istio/K8).
1-3 years' architecture experience with event driven and message driven models (preference given to recent experience with Azure Functions both PaaS and IaaS, Orchestration and Queuing for both EDA and Messaging).
