Job Description:

Schneider Electric is looking for a motivated Industrial Electrician - Manufacturing Production Cell Lead to join the business at our new facility in Red Oak, TX.

This role will be dedicated to support integration solutions out of a newly built facility in Red Oak, Texas. Part of the onboarding and training process will require several trips to West Chester, Ohio during the early part of 2024.

What will you do?


  • Installs, repairs, and maintains the electrical parts of industrial equipment

  • Works as part of a team to successfully complete projects

  • Follows safety procedures and adheres to all applicable electrical codes and standards

  • Correctly interprets technical documents for proper execution of assignments

  • Conducts quality assurance measures and inspections


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required for some positions

  • Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program, or journeyman experience

  • Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical codes and regulations

  • Able to understand schematics and other technical documents and guide work to the design

  • Must be able to handle physically-demanding tasks
