Job Summary

Cognizant Technology
Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Java engineer with experience in
developing and in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications.
You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical
applications. You have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable
code. You?re comfortable working side by side with product managers, designers,
and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable
working software to clients and their users. You are agile and retrospective,
and not afraid to identify what we?re doing wrong so we can fix it, and what
we?re doing right so we can improve on it. Above all, you judge your success by
the success of your team and the happiness of our customers.

Day-to-Day
Responsibilities:

Associate will be
responsible to co-ordinate with the offshore team to understand the existing
.Net/SQL based application to help understand the rules behind the application
and help enable to functional team to create meaningful processes for the new
system that considers the existing application.  Experience in creating
software using back-end technologies in Microsoft area: C#, .NET, Asp.net, .Net
core, WCF, Entity Framework with the knowledge of SQL Server database or
Angular/react, Knowledge of an object programming and project patterns,
Creating software using version?s control system, Great communication and
interpersonal skills, positive thinking and willingness to learn and expand
existing knowledge, Practical knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Interest in programming in Microsoft technologies (Azure, MVC/WebApi or Office
365), Knowledge of HTML, CSS, frameworks (Angular.js, Knockout.js), Experience
in creating websites for mobile devices using Xamarin technology.
