Summary: Training & Development Analyst needed to support the Service Experience Digitize & Unify (SEDU) project.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of scheduling and managing instructor led training, virtual sessions and e-Learning course rosters requests.
- Provide roster reporting and analysis for the scheduled training to stakeholders.
- Coordinates day-to-day delivery of learning and development services.
- Supports the learning and development functions through a variety of administrative activities including scheduling and coordination of training opportunities.
- Assist in preparing demonstrations and presentations
- Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes.
- Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
- Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
- May specialize in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company.
Required:
- Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and communicate with employees at all levels in an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft back office programs such as PowerPoint, Word and Publisher.
- Must have advanced skills in Excel such as data cleansing and analysis, using pivot tables, formulas (v-lookup and others), data validation, conditional formatting, and graph and chart manipulation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university with one year minimum experience, OR, Associate's degree with six years minimum experience, OR, equivalent combination of education and experience.
