Hajoca Corporation of Lancaster, PA is looking for a driven, passionate, customer service focused individual to join our 30-member team as a Hydronic Heating Salesperson. This is a full-time position.

Here are the abilities & skills we are looking for and the job duties performed by the Hydronic Heating Salesperson:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills, our entire business is built on taking care of our customers

  • Must have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with customers

  • Self-starter- must be able to learn new tasks quickly and work independently

  • Excellent attention to detail and performs tasks with a high level of accuracy

  • Fun, easy going, "nothing is a problem" attitude

  • Enjoy working as an integral part of a high functioning team, and work with a sense of urgency

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in either heating system sales or field experience installing hydronic heating systems

  • Must possess advanced knowledge of hydronic heating systems (hot water, steam and hydronic) and how they work

  • Must have a solid understanding of: Boilers, Pumps & Wiring Schematics

  • Should have the ability to size heating systems, make product recommendations and troubleshoot problems with the customer

    As an Inside Salesperson, you must be optimistic, friendly and service-oriented. Excellent verbal communication is a must and all salespeople must approach customer interactions in an honest and ethical fashion.


    All interested applicants must possess:


  • High school degree or equivalent

  • 2 years industry experience

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer literacy

  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers

    Our ideal candidate will also:


  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of product

  • Wholesale distribution experience

  • The determination and drive to prospect new customers

  • Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
