Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Marketing Manager in our Seattle office! This position will provide leadership to develop and implement the marketing and business development strategy for Ryan Companies regionally. In addition, they will partner with the national/divisional marketing team to implement company-wide marketing strategies on a regional level. Candidates with approximately 7-10 years of experience within commercial real estate development, construction, high-end professional services or some other relatable marketing experience, are most likely to be successful.

Some things you can expect to do:

- Monitor industry competitive marketing strategies and tools in order to maximize Ryan's competitive advantage.

- Manage RFQ/RFP strategy, messaging and design.

- Create engaging presentations for potential clients.

- Develop and coordinate advertising and public relations plans and implementation.

- Develop ideas and coordinate logistics for events including trade shows/sponsorships, groundbreakings, grand openings and industry conferences.

- Develop strategy and messaging and draft content for award submissions.

To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing is required. You will really stand out if you:

- Have strategic and marketing planning skills, have a wide breadth and depth of marketing experience, excellent business and proposal writing editing abilities, outstanding technical graphic design skills, and solid familiarity with marketing communications and public relations/media relations.

- Are proficient in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and knowledge of CRM systems.

- Can create, work and deliver within a defined, often short, schedule, and work successfully in a fast-paced team environment.

- Hold all others accountable for their contributions to produce top quality products and proposals.
