Title: Valuations Administrator
Job Overview:
Builder Finance Inc. is a growing construction lender that works with hundreds of home builders from coast-to-coast. An essential part of the business is quickly procuring accurate valuations.
The Valuations Administrator will carry out day-to-day administrative duties for the Real Estate Valuations Group. General responsibilities include word processing, phone and email correspondence, reporting, data entry, and other various projects. The successful hire will facilitate valuation report orders, procurement, and payment to appraisers. Additional work may include research on properties used to secure loans and provide support to reviewers on their research of comparable properties in the appraisal reports.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Looking for a senior graduating in December 2020 or a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree. Please include GPA with resume and any other school or standardized testing scores you feel relevant.
Experience: Direct experience with real estate valuations and/or managing the flow of real estate information in an office environment preferred. Motivated individuals without direct experience also considered.
