JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the
Human Resources (HR) Department in the following areas; Employee Transactions,
HRIS Data Integrity, Benefits and Employee Onboarding. Will partner and
collaborate with subject matter experts in all functional HR areas, including
Operations, Recruiting and Employee Relations. The HR Associate should be
flexible and able to assist their team members when needed, while also focusing
on their own priorities and maintaining the appropriate balance. Performs all duties in accordance with the
company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and
regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to inquiries from employees and
managers regarding HR practices and policies.
Support
administration of employee benefits programs, HRIS or compensation
programs.
Works
with Human Resources Business Partners on special projects as assigned.
Maintains
current knowledge of company policies and procedures, employee handbook,
and legal requirements.
Assists
with audit compliance and procedure quality control through the
development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and
other related documentation, to ensure compliance with state and federal
regulations.
Performs administrative
tasks including gathering information, preparing employee documentation,
correspondence, filing, copying and mailing.
Assist in
handling day-to-day HR inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Provides
support to the team in administering processes on an ongoing basis.
Cross-trains
with other areas within HR to ensure seamless support of all HR duties.
Treats

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a college
or university preferred
2+ years of related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of a strong
human resources background. Educational
experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or technical
industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
