What You’ll Do

This individual will be responsible for enabling, testing, and deploying technology and services on the ServiceNow Platform that provides Incident Management, Change Management, Support Case Management, and other services in the ITSM stack. In addition, lead and/or oversee developing and maintaining schedules, risk and issue management, coordination of stakeholders, oversight of quality of deliverables and supporting documentation.

This position is responsible for planning and implementing IT projects across a range of areas, to include: cloud infrastructure and services; network development and administration; software development and implementation; requirements mapping; IT policy development; information security; systems engineering; database administration; web development; and systems administration.

This candidate will recommend and leverage needed technologies, architectures, integrated solutions, tools, etc. in order to automate engineering and service delivery teams across the organization. The IT Project Professional will be a forward-thinking individual and will utilize emerging trends, engineering practices, and technologies with agility.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience and delivery oversight of small to medium-scope implementations, upgrades, and/or managed services requirements


  • Track record of configuring, tailoring, and deploying services for use within the ServiceNow platform


  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall.


  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.


  • Experience with process improvement, workflows and front end knowledge of ServiceNow are requirements


  • Ability to build and execute test cases and test configurations to validate solutions prior to deployment


  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met


  • Proactively communicate timely updates to project team and leadership


  • Produce training materials that aid in adoption and full use of the tools


  • Ability to extract pertinent details ensuring development stories are effective and concise


  • Ability to adjust project timelines and deliverables while reducing risk and scope creep


  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.


  • Strong functional and technical knowledge.


  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree


  • Travel Required: 25%
