What we're looking for:
You are a focused, motivated and detail-oriented Lead Business Systems Analyst. You are looking for a chance to engage with our global business leaders and process owners to help identify and implementsolutions/enhancementsthat will help to achieve efficiencies in our business systems. You havea preferred minimum of 6-8 years of prior relevant experience.

Position summary:
You will primarily support the business use of the accounting systems for the organization worldwide. You will also support the entire project life cycle including initial implementation and on-going production support, and lead enhancement projects. In this role you will perform the role of liaison between the technical IT staff that deploys business process management-based systems and the line-of-business staff that perform the process work. You will specialize in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and user needs to formulate solutions that enable the overall business strategies. Additionally, you will drive the creation of primarily conceptual/logical process models, as well as the supporting process ecosystem.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and reliable reporting from systems and demonstrate subject matter expertise for any reporting needs
- Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements, are scalable and high quality
- Utilize past experience and knowledge of accounting, finance and reporting to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements
- Lead Business/Systems Analysts team members located in multiple time-zones
- Establish and improve processes that protect financials against system changes that could cause financial misstatement
- Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics
- Acts as subject matter expert in cross-department projects as representative of the capabilities and needs of the accounting group
- Systems supported primarily include SAP ECC, Hybris/BRIM, RevPro, SAP BW, and SAP BPC
- Create impact assessments and analyze the ROI for system enhancements
- Identify training gaps and create training opportunities when needed, including guidance on execution of SAP transactions
- Perform key functions to recruit top-notch Accounting Systems staff including interviewing, hiring, monitoring, employee feedback and documentation, counseling and coaching, and performance management / improvement when needed
- Generate project status, management reports and UAT status as required to executive audiences
- Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders outside of Accounting Systems, including Sales, Marketing, Product Groups, Operations, regarding accounting systems and processes
- Provide ad-hoc system support as required including for month-end and quarter end close process
- Adheres to practices that improve operational efficiency via expanded communications with key process constituencies including IT, sales, and services

- Understanding of order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report processes

- Understanding of cross module/system impacts

- Manage teams' tasks and ensure completion of assignments under aggressive time constraints

- Articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for systems enhancements
- Effectively gives direction to team members to accomplish project goals
- Ability to accommodate schedule to work off hours to support international discussions, close operations, and project efforts

Functional/Technical(education, certifications, and training)
- Bachelor's degree/MBA from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 3-5 years of Financial SystemsImplementation/Managementexperience
- 2-4 years of experience in a process improvement focused environment
- Consulting experience preferred
- Knowledge of corporate ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, or SFDC)

Basic Qualifications:
- Requires deep knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management.
- Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master's degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience
