This is a full time Occupational Therapist position in acute/inpatient therapy at Mercy Hospital Washington. Hours are 8am-4:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation. Thank you!

Overview:

Under the direction of Therapy Supervisor and/or the Manager of Rehabilitation, the Occupational Therapist provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and mercy service standards. This position may float between all facilities and may do so to more than 1 location on any given day based on the department and patient needs to include IP and OP services. Participates in weekend and holiday rotation. All patient age and populations served.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licensure: Current Missouri License for Occupational Therapy
Certifications: Registration or pending registration by National Occupational therapy Certification Board required BLSPreferred Education:
Preferred Experience: 1 year experience preferred
