As an Disaster Case Manager for the ReCover California Owner-Occupied Repair and Reconstruction Program, you will be the primary contact for a dedicated population of program applicants who require financial assistance to rebuild their homes after the devastating 2018 wildfires. You should maintain a complete understanding of all applicable Program policies, requirements, and procedures and review all cases within the guidelines established. You may assist with or lead day-to-day program management activities, which may include processing, monitoring, tracking and reporting applications within a functional area with little or no direct supervision. You may specialize in specific subjects within the functional area.
Job Responsibilities
A Disaster Case Manager should possess 2 years of demonstrated experience in the qualifications identified below:
