Your Mission

For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

DiaSorin Molecular, LLC is headquarted in Cypress, California. Our technology enables diagnosis of disease by detecting specific RNA and DNA sequences. We focus on design, development and cGMP Manufacturing.

We have a need for a Technical Support Specialist who enjoys connecting with customers as they provide product phone support to both our internal and external stakeholders.  Your background in assays and diagnostic equipment will keep our operations running smoothly so that we can impact patients' lives.

We have a need for a Technical Services Specialist who enjoys connecting with customers and helping them with product issues. Your background customer service and technical support will keep our operations running smoothly so that we can impact patients' lives.

What will you bring to the table?

-You have a Bachelor's Degree
- IVD and lab experience is required
- One year experience in a customer support role (internal or external customers)
- Experience working with and understanding Quality System and complaint handling regulations highly desirable.
- Complex problem solving ability the ability to diagnose problems by separating essential from non-essential variables.
-Good interpersonal and communication and phone skills including: ability to put others at ease, elicit information, provide timely communication, develop and maintain good employee and customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a professional attitude.
