Job Description:

Candidate must have good telephone and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, good PC skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and ability to achieve monthly standard goal. Ability to concentrate and work independently is also required. Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Responsibilities will include handling inbound calls on charge off accounts and performing account maintenance to facilitate workflows. Additional consideration will be given to those with FDR experience.

Compensation and Schedule

Competitive hourly pay with additional pay for working premium hours. Starting wage is $13.00 to $15.15 an hour based on prior work experience. In addition, PREMIER offers Collections Professionals lucrative incentive programs based on job performance.

Full-time Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM and Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
