Essential Duties

Assist with preparation of monthly outlooks, working with stakeholders
Perform month end/ quarter end close activities
Active participant in annual planning process
Month end / quarter end reporting
Assist team with tracking expenses, headcount and capital expenses
Assist with ASC 842 entries, disclosures and reconciliations
Support business with ad-hoc and routine data requests

Skills

Intermediate knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs etc)
Strong aptitude for systems
Numerical reasoning skills
Self motivated with a positive attitude
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail

Experience

1 - 3 Years of Experience

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
