The OMS Technical and Business Support Analyst comes with sound Retail Order Management Systems experience and is an integral part of the Applications team that supports the OMS portfolio of integrations, testing, innovations and system capabilities. This individual owns the application support of the Envista Enspire Order Management System and its integrated solutions. S/He has a sound understanding of the OMS system functions and related business processes. S/He works across multiple departments with the technology teams, business operations and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Daily technical and operational support
  • Business Process and systems analysis
  • Responsible for the creation and issuance of reporting and technical requirements documentation
  • Responsible for technical support services with OMS vendor and other internal and external partners
  • Work with application vendor(s) to manage and coordinate schedule system maintenances, releases, updates and patching.
  • Support SDLC by consulting during the design process, gathering and documenting business requirements, technical requirements, data mapping, system and configuration setups, and working closely with the QA team to plan and execute test phases.
  • Provide business and system support through incident/problem management that includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and maintenance/upgrades in a 24/7 environment


Qualifications

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
  • Solid understanding of OMS operations in a retail domain with exposure to supply chain, e-commerce, finance and 3rd party technical management
  • Experience with development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical areas is a must
  • MongoDB API's, Elastic experience is preferable
  • Experience in providing application support, comfortable using technology and diving into technical details
  • Comes with experience/expertise in MS Excel and Visio reporting, analysis, documenting requirements, and powerpoint presentations
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver with advanced analytical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organization skills
