Job Description
Who we are looking for:
The Senior Director of Enablement is responsible for leading Optiv's Solution Education and Marketing teams and programs. At Optiv, the mission of the Enablement team is to Protect, Advise, Communicate and Educate Optiv to speak in one language for our Clients, Partners, and Employees. The team is responsible for developing best in class education for Optiv's Services and Solutions and developing Go To Market strategies to align Sales, Services Delivery to answer the needs of our clients' complex security challenges. The Enablement team and programs are essential to Optiv achieving its aggressive growth and revenue targets by aligning people, processes, and priorities with relevant learnings, communication, and go to market execution.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Be the expert with regards to enablement best practices and provide thought leadership to position Optiv's enablement team as the model in the industry
  • Ensure that education content and programs are instrumented so that we are making data-driven decisions and quantifying the impact of enablement
  • Understand key sales metrics that will measure the success of enablement programs. Align scalable and repeatable enablement plans working across our organization to achieve this outcome in a measurable way
  • Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and view enablement programs as a multiplier
  • Establish the goals of the Enablement team in collaboration with stakeholders from sales, services, marketing, and learning & development leadership. Drive continuous innovation, launch new programs, content and tools to enhance overall excellence against these goals and across the sales and service teams
  • Develop and mature strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the organization. Specifically, coordinate with sales and services leadership along with product management teams to define enablement support initiatives with the goal to arm the teams with the necessary content and go to market strategy to increase sales revenue
  • Oversee and lead education and training programs which are delivered through on-site classroom formats, eLearning, and live webinars. Creation and oversight of new enablement programs such as new employee sales training and a future leadership academy
  • Lead and optimize the Solution Marketing team for high-growth scale and best practices to consistently deliver on new and existing services product launch. This team supports Optiv's rapid growth strategy and the GTM execution for our security services market. They have a broad set of initiatives ranging from market opportunity, product launch, competitive landscape and go to market planning for emerging security services product
  • Partner with Sales, Services leaders to vet and drive sales and services field readiness and GTM strategy for service product releases and ongoing product education for the sales and services teams


Qualifications
Qualifications for success:
  • Proven Enablement leadership experience within the technology sales and/or services sector
  • Previous ownership of developing and delivering enablement and education programs
  • Experience building and coaching highly productive teams and optimizing potential
  • Experience driving sales training and broader product or services GTM enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage state-of the art enablement tools
  • Leadership DNA-proven ability to influence, motivate teams, present and deliver to a broad audience
