Education



  • 4 year degree required; masters level degree preferred

  • Preferred degree disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business, Communications, Engineering

Experience



  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility at a senior level position (vp level or above)

  • 15+ years of relevant industry work experience

  • Prior employment at a $5b or larger financial institution (credit union or bank); experience at a $10b+ institution preferred

  • Past CPA/audit experience preferred

  • Past regulatory experience preferred

  • Current CFPB experience preferred

  • Ability to act with tact, diplomacy, honesty, and confidentiality

Environmental, physical and psychological requirements


Candidate must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time in a climate controlled environment.  Must be able to perform physical tasks typical of an office environment such as typing, using a mouse, viewing material in various formats, and interacting with others via email or telephone.  Must be able to operate a motor vehicle as a licensed driver for travel as needed to physical branch locations / community functions as needed.
