The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As the Global Paid Search Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Building and executing effective acquisition and retention strategies across paid search globally, managing and implementing successful global paid search campaigns, demonstrating revenue goals, efficiency and lead volume

  • Responsible for leading media agency in search execution, optimization and reporting; setting and tracking channel specific goals and KPIs by country, and SEM global budget allocation and invoicing

  • Working directly with global marketing teams to ensure business prioritizes are being met, communicating results and opportunities within paid search campaigns

  • Reviewing search keywords and ensuring both keywords and landing page content aligns with business prioritizes and receives quality rankings

  • Leading campaign performance reports, by ensuring evaluation and tracking is in place to monitor campaigns, and managing the agency’s ongoing report ensuring it includes lead acquisition, ROI, and provide actionable insights and learnings

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:


  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution 

  • Five (5) years search engine marketing, PPC (pay per click), or paid search experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Seven (7) years search engine marketing, PPC (pay per click), or paid search experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

  • Google Adwords certified, Bing certified, and/or other search engine certifications

  • Experience within bid management tools (e.g. Search Ads 360, Kenshoo)

  • Ability to pull analytics reports in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, and CRM databased (i.e. Eloqua)

  • Experience in any of the following channels is a plus: Naver, Baidu, Daum, Saramin, Yahoo Japan

  • Technical knowledge of inner workings of search, web and analytics. You should know how pixel-based technology works and possess the ability to properly identify and QA tags that are important to the success of your channels

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
