Job Description:
Intrado is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Department in our Mobile, AL office.

A great ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY , the Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support for the hiring process.

Essential Duties:
  • Providing support to North American Talent Acquisition team for the full recruiting life cycle, focusing on the new hire onboarding process.
  • Communicating with each candidate, recruiter and hiring manager throughout onboarding process to answer questions and prepare for the candidate's hire date
  • Coordinating new hire orientation, training signup, technical setup and other logistics prior to candidate employment date
  • Facilitating required new hire compliance activities including I-9 (Employee Identification Form) completion and E-Verify submission
  • Assist with data collection, reporting and analysis as directed

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Coursework in business, human resources or related field preferred

  • Minimum one year general office/administrative experience required
  • Human resources, employee relations or recruiting support experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Understanding of Affirmative Action and other HR Compliance topics preferred
