What you need for this position:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (business, math, statistics, or comparable analytic field)

  • 5 plus years of call center experience, with at least 3 years previous Contact Center Workforce Management experience, preferably in contact centers with at least 100 employees and utilizing multiple service channels (phone/email/text/chat) and multiple languages.

  • Experience with WFM Tools, including Reporting and Analysis systems; experience with Nice InContact and Power BI strongly preferred.

  • Must be highly proficient on computers, excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.

  • Comfortable reporting and presenting data to call-center staff and company management.

  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Must be able to multi-task in a professional and courteous manner.
