As an Administrative Assistant you will provide a high level of administrative and supervisory support to the University Chair of the Department of Pediatrics. You will plan, organize, coordinate activities of support staff, monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the office of the Chair. Provide additional secretarial and administrative support to the Sr. Director/Unified Administrator, Department of Pediatrics. Perform related work as required.

As an Administrative Assistant you will need a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of high level Administrative Assistant experience in a similar setting. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, both oral and written required. High functionality with computer based software programs, including Microsoft Office required. Experience with high level event planning required. Experience in creating and interpreting financial reports highly preferred.
