Job Description:

We deliver exceptional service and highly qualified professional staff to solve the unique challenges of public agencies and private industry clients across the United States.

We are seeking a temporary, part time (about 10 hours per week) Administrative Assistant in our Lono Kona Sewer Project field office located in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, HI to provide administrative support to our Construction Manager at the site.

What you'll be doing:

You will provide administrative support to a construction project. This position is expected to last until approximately December 2019. Duties include preparing meeting agendas, taking and preparing meeting minutes, preparing daily inspection reports from the Construction Manager s notes, assisting with monthly progress payment and other written documentation, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.

What you'll need:

* At least one year of related experience

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

* Punctual, professional, and able to multitask and work in a team environment

* Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills
