Job Description:

The Customer Care Rep I – Hoka is a multi-skilled position that provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence. The Customer Care Rep I – Hoka will perform detailed order processing, maintain extensive product knowledge, display excellent customer service skills, and strategically suggest sales. This position is responsible for promptly and courteously resolving challenges while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Customer Care

Responsibilities include:


  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails, and social media in a professional, accurate, and timely manner

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Customers by providing prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service

  • Interact effectively and professionally with peers, other departments, and business partners, representing the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times

  • Adhere to department policies and procedures

Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities include:


  • Take ownership of continued education on Hoka product knowledge and running industry trends

  • Participate in ongoing training as assigned

  • Other projects or tasks as assigned

Education/Experience:  


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • In-depth knowledge of running or previous Hoka Brand experience
