The Grant Accounting and Assessment Officer's primary responsibilities will include leading, preparation, and departmental readiness for the annual financial and compliance audits, preparation of work papers, development and evaluation of the Schedule of Federal Awards and directing audit responses, leading/preparing external desk reviews, sub-recipient reviews, and institutional grant expenditure reviews for the Stillwater, OKC, OSU-IT, Tulsa, CHS, and Langston Campuses. The Officer will develop the evaluation processes of data collections, monthly and annual departmental and university grant reporting of grant expenditures and compliance activities, and lead in the departmental budgeting activities.
Additional hours outside of the traditional 8-5, M-F may be necessary in order to meet deadlines and complete projects.
