This position will support the Transportation Safety Department by reviewing CSA data, Roadside Inspection forms, HOS compliance and monitoring expirations. This role acts as the depository of critical DOT compliance data while monitoring safety performance KPI’s. This position will run reports, schedule meetings, and send internal and external communications.


  • Maintain driver files.

  • Update Safety Bonus work sheet.

  • Collect time sheets from drivers

  • Field repair calls as needed. Approve high cost repairs before they happen.

  • Field driver calls as needed.

  • Conduct yard walks at each yard, once a week (each yard a different day of the week).

  • Locate trailers for BIT inspections.

  • File weekly time sheets.

  • Edit CLUE reports when needed.

  • Assist with Lytx drive cam implementation and management.

  • Position is part-time and on-site.

    • Preferred hours are 9:00-2:00 but we do have some flexibility


  • High School Diploma plus one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Familiar with D.O.T. Laws and Regulations preferred.

  • Good computer skills with Microsoft office (Word and Excel).

  • Good communication skills
