Job Description:

Koch Chemical Technology Group is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic and passionate leader to join our Accounts Payable team.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Supervise a portion of the Accounts Payable team, including employee development, hiring and retaining the right talent as well as measuring results

  • Responsible for business transformation efforts and other key business initiatives as related to AP and Treasury related activities

  • Drive continuous improvement of the AP customer service model by seeking best knowledge in the market, identifying gaps in service and setting high expectations for the team

  • Aid in root-cause analysis, error handling, and problem-solving efforts with the team while identifying actionable solutions

  • Recognize opportunities to transform business processes or procedures and action them with a sense of urgency

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years leadership experience

  • 1+ years experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) in a business enviornment

  • 1+ years experience in an accounting or finance capability

  • 1+ years experience with root-cause analysis

  • 1+ years experience with trend analysis

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business

  • Experience with Visibility, LN, and Great Plains Dynamics

  • Proven ability to think strategically as well as demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
