We are seeking an Appointment Call Center Representative to:
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field
Minimum - One (1) year of experience working in an office or customer service environment
Preferred - Past experience working in scheduling, registration, or a call center. Experience using Epic Cadence and Prelude software.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
