Responsibilities

 

As a part of the dedicated, cross-functional Agile team supporting this effort, you will serve as Product Owner, responsible for the following:

 

§  Engage business leaders and SMEs across Group Insurance

§  Define and iteratively refine user stories

§  Helping prioritize backlog/features for release

§  Act as business liaison with the CRM Agile team’s developers and auxiliary IT resources

§  Partner closely with the CRM Agile team’s Scrum Master/ Project Manager

§  Interface with Product, Project Management, and IT partners from Customer Office

§  Keep internal GI and clients/customers apprised of progress and gather feedback

§  Adjust release features and priority as needed after each sprint or iteration

§  Accept user stories and validate work meets definition of done

§  Assist with deployments and production support issues

This position will require the ability to travel up to 20% of time between Roseland, Dresher, and Newark locations.

§  BA/BS in computer science or equivalent practical experience

§  5+ years experience working across multiple Group Insurance administrative systems

§  3+ years designing Group Insurance business process and/or CX journeys

§  3+ years facilitating and documenting Agile user stories/ gathering business requirements

§  Attention to detail and excellent listening/speaking skills

§  Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
