Coldwell Banker is searching for an Assistant Branch Manager to work in their Polaris Sales Office. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for working closely with the Branch Manager in implementing a system of management that will ensure the continued success of our sales associates while maximizing profit of their office. The Assistant Branch Manager plays a critical role in achieving the business goals while promoting extraordinary customer service to further the Coldwell Banker culture and value system. A “hands-on” management style with insight to anticipate the problems and needs of the business is important. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 


  • Will support all companies and procedures

  • Expand mortgage and title capture rate

  • Create a strong and efficient work environment

  • Facility Review:  help to create/maintain review process.

  • Develop a strong, trusting relationship with staff and sales associates

 

Sales Associate Recruiting:

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training opportunities and development of agents associating with Coldwell Banker of Polaris.

Training/Coaching:

Support training and coaching programs and assist in development and educational program planning designed to help agents and the office achieve their individual goals.

 

Requirements:

2 years in Real Estate as an agent and an active Real Estate license. Proficient with technology and preferably a background in education or experience in training. An ability to work with others in a team approach environment.

 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Travel to other offices may be required occasionally. Scheduled hours are based on a 40 hour week and business needs.

 

Physical Demands:

The ability, with or without accommodation, to move around the office, remain stationary in either a sitting or standing position and to move physical office locations is required. This would require the ability to move, bend or stand as necessary. The employee must occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to physically, with or without accommodation, operate a computer, phone and/or copy machine. Must possess the ability, with or without accommodation, to express oneself, communicate with others, listen and exchange information. Must possess the ability, with or without an accommodation, to travel between office locations on an occasional basis.
