PERFORMS COLLECTIONS FOR EMPLOYEE RECEIVABLES. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE CONTACTING DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS FOR PAYMENTS OF PAST DUE BALANCES. MUST BE ABLE TO RECONCILE CUSTOMER ACTIVITY (BILLINGS/ADJUSTMENTS/PAYMENTS) AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH OUR CUSTOMERS. ASSIGNED SPECIAL PROJECTS AS REQUIRED
ABOVER AVERAGE ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABOVE AVERAGE MATHMATICAL SKILLS. STRONG LISTENING, INTERPERSONAL, LEADERSHIP, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED. MUST BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED, FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO PERFORM ASSIGNED DUTIES WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION. MUST BE HIGHLY AGGRESSIVE AND WORK WELL IN STRESSFUL CONDITIONS.
