JOC Project Manager - K12 Projects
The JOC Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing Job Order Contracting projects for three North Texas ISD's. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The JOC Project Manager coordinates the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. They also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Key skills required for this role include project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in construction or a related field is typically required. The JOC Project Manager reports directly to the senior management and ensures that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, as well as other departments for support. They also perform risk management to minimize project risks.
