Supported Employment Associates serve as the program manager for participants assigned to a caseload. This includes job coaching and/or arranging for job coaching, orienting clients to the host employer's policies, standards, and procedures, and soliciting feedback from employers on job coaching assessment and participant fit for the job. This provides the opportunity to maintain positive relationships with employers and funders, aiding employers with identifying and creating job accommodations and assistive devices as needed. There are important data entry and reporting requirements, and this position will develop Individual Service Plans and progress reports, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date case file information.
The schedule will mainly be Monday-Friday day hours, but there are occasional weekend and evening hours that are needed, so weekend and evening availability is required. Travel between job sites is required.
Qualifications:
The Supported Employment Associate position has a starting wage of $18.45 per hour.
