The Asset Stewardship team is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's proxy voting and engagement guidelines, managing issuer engagement, and undertaking research and analysis of sustainability topics. Our approach to stewardship is designed to have an impact through thought leadership, engagement, proxy voting and client disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Support global proxy voting and engagement efforts

• Analyze sustainability disclosures for portfolio companies

• Contribute to the design and implementation of thematic engagement campaigns

• Support the development of thought leadership on sustainability topics

• Monitor evolving sustainability market trends

Requirements:

• Experience working on and/or studying sustainability topics or corporate governance/stewardship

• Excellent writing, research and communication skills

• Enthusiastic about the work, detail-oriented and reliable, able to work independently and take initiative, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse and global team

Salary Range:
$15,600 - $58,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
