POSITION SUMMARY:
The Compliance Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Compliance business team to introduce and deliver IT innovation, enhancements, and projects - role will perform IT and end-user support for the applications, systems, and technology for the Compliance business team and will provide IT Project Management for initiatives, as necessary; role will have a specific focus on data analytics.
Focused Data Analytics activities will be:
assisting in managing and enhancing Indivior's Global I&C Business Analytics program
ensuring data integrity and quality within in-house and external vendor platforms
developing and maintaining innovative analytical solutions and dashboards for stakeholder reporting
facilitating effective project management of I&C Business Intelligence initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and
actively participating in the SDLC/QMLC process, aiding in systems analysis and documentation for project advancements.
Role will business liaise and when necessary perform technical configuration and is expected to be the go-to-person for Compliance systems - role will partner with business colleagues to assist as necessary with planning, budgeting, and delivering IT projects, applications, enhancements, and services in line with the needs and priorities identified by the business.
The role will perform operational/maintenance activities for Compliance systems and technology and will partner with application vendors to ensure functionality, maintenance, and operations of these systems. The role will provide business process, technical configuration, and implementation expertise to ensure quality delivery of systems and technology that adherence to all Indivior legal and security standards.
The role requires effective communication and team skills and the ability to formulate technical recommendations and a drive to organize activities/projects to meet timelines and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Role is responsible for:
Translating business needs into business cases and then into focused/effective IT requirements
Building strong relationships with Compliance business stakeholders
Facilitating continuous improvement - identifying/driving end user business productivity and user experience improvements
Ensuring system security and controls are implemented and followed and that all IT security risks are covered in the development/deployment of systems
Establishing/embedding IT business processes in engagements/projects performed
Recommending functional and technical application enhancements for continued business effectiveness
Examining feasibility of potential applications; identifying and recommending the most appropriate solutions to utilize and the related impact of the options on the business
Assisting in design and enhancement/modification of systems through analysis, clarification, and definition of user requirements - actively share and be open to best practices, ideas, opportunities, and issues
Perform and/or participate in system/technology maintenance (updates, upgrades)
Ensuring data quality by conducting data monitoring within in-house data warehouses and external vendor platforms to ensure accuracy in I&C reporting
Monitoring data processing: overseeing I&C-related data processes, monitor for deviations from data governance protocols, and report findings to the Data Asset Owner and Admin
Performing data analysis and solution development: analyzing data from various sources to create robust, innovative dashboards with compelling visualizations for Global I&C stakeholders
Coordinating and liaising with business for technology initiatives, data governance, and data warehouse management - coordinate and schedule meetings and communications
Providing Project Management support - assist in managing Global I&C Business Intelligence program initiatives, including scheduling, coordination, tracking, and administrative tasks
Participating in SDLC/QMLC Process - aiding in business/systems analysis and authoring related documentation throughout project progression; coordinate meetings with business and technical stakeholders to review and align deliverables

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: 4-year Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Life science
Computer Skills: Windows, MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, iPad, and iPhone
Experience:
2+ years IT experience (Required)
Experience/understanding of the System Development Life Cycle or similar methodology (Required)
Experience with Data Analytics and associated Business Intelligence platforms (highly Preferred)
2+ years of Pharmaceutical IT experience and business awareness, understanding preferably from working with / in multinational Pharma environments (Preferred)
2+ years of Pharmaceutical IT experience in a support, operations, maintenance, or delivery role with SaaS, Cloud hosting, customizable SaaS/hosted solutions (Preferred)
Experience working with outsourced vendors (Preferred)
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/BioTech business processes (Preferred)
Knowledge of SAP, Veeva, and Concur systems (Preferred)
Understanding of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms (Preferred)
2+ years of experience in project coordination, specifically in a business analytics or technology environment
Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and other BI tools for data visualization and dashboard creation
Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and SQL
Involvement in technical and multi-functional teams
Experience writing business feasibility reports and performing presentations
Understanding of basic financial tools and techniques in budgeting and forecasting desirable
