Hiring Range: This position's hiring range is anticipated to be $15.00 to $16.00 hourly, depending on experience.
Interviews will occur weekly until the position is filled.
Summary: Best Friends is seeking a sign ambassador to promote the Sanctuary. Work hours are 8 am to noon Wednesday through Sunday from July 17 to September 15. Tasks include holding up signs to direct tourists to the Sanctuary. Should have a friendly, energetic personality and be able to engage professionally with the public. Pay is $15 an hour and applicants must be 18 or older.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage local tourists driving by the Roadhouse by holding and spinning signs directing them to the Sanctuary.
Answer any questions that the public may have in a friendly and professional manner.
Skills and Experience:
No work experience needed. Will train.
Outgoing positive personality and communication skills.
The ideal person for this job will be a team player, personable, professional and able to work cooperatively with a wide variety of associates, guests and visitors.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to perform strenuous physical activity on a daily basis including standing, sitting, and bending.
