Position Title: Printer/Break-fix Technician
Location: Kansas City KS 66103
Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 07/30/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 02 year's Contract with a strong possibility of extension
Pay Range: $25/hr - $26/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Break-fix, Troubleshooting, IT Support
Job Description:
Work onsite at customer property (not remotely unless told otherwise)
Represent client interests and be a liaison with the local customer management team
Report customer dissatisfaction to the Client Mgr (CM) and Client account team
Attend account calls as directed and provide feedback on activities
Proactive monitoring of customer's printer fleet utilizing WJA, FMA, and other tools
Assist end users with device functionality
Perform initial troubleshooting
Perform maintenance on devices as directed by CM
Coordinate with client Support when service is required
Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites (including toner delivery/ installation)
Assist with device(s) deployment/ replacement as directed
Track usage/ activities at customer sites to better understand their needs
Assist with the collection of usage pages per device as needed
Miscellaneous duties as directed by CM and account team
Manage designated toner/parts storage
Break/fix services for supported print devices as requested by Customer (ex: Glass Cleanings, Fuser Replacement, Waste Toner Collection, Transfer Kits, Roller Cleaning & Replacements, Jam Clearing, Main Kit Replacement, Tray Adjustments, Drum Replacements, ADF Cleaning, Print Quality Issues)
OSA Individual Responsibilities:
Provide Cell Phone for communication
Provide Vehicle for transportation to surrounding customer facilities
