Join our Operations team as a Senior Supervisor Production for the night shift, where you'll manage the operations pertaining to the production of animal cell derived biological products. This is an opportunity to champion a mindset of excellence in an environment that believes good can always be better.



Accountabilities:

As a Senior Supervisor, you'll plan and direct manufacturing operations and schedules in cell culture and purification. You'll ensure the maintenance of a safe manufacturing work environment that complies with company and state regulations. You'll develop, implement, and monitor monthly and yearly goals and schedules. You'll also design, develop, implement and ensure adherence to cGMP compliance. Your role will involve developing, implementing and overseeing the administration of a budget that includes equipment, materials, and staffing. You'll also be responsible for identifying employee training and developmental needs and effectively mentoring, supporting and counseling staff to ensure optimal performance, productivity, and competency.



Essential Skills/Experience:


- 5-7 years work experience in pilot or commercial biologics manufacturing under cGMP with Bachelors.
- 3-5 years experience with Masters degree.
- 10-15 years experience with Associates Degree
- 15+ years experience with High School education.



Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Experience in a leadership role within a biologics manufacturing environment
