Join our dedicated Oncology team at AstraZeneca as a Regional Marketing Leader. This role offers the opportunity to use your clinical diagnostic knowledge and experience to make a meaningful impact on patient care. As an RML, you will develop and implement regional marketing plans that align with our brand strategy, influencing local commercial success. You will be the bridge between our headquarters marketing team and the needs at the geography level, generating actionable insights that inform our commercialization approach and strategic planning.
Territory is Sacramento CA, WA, OR, Northern Nevada, ID, AK, WY, MT. Must live in territory.
Accountabilities:
As an RML, you will be responsible for regional marketing, ESE customer engagement, insights generation, business ethics and skill, and internal collaboration. You will manage multiple program budgets, timelines, processes, and procedures while ensuring ethical business decisions and actions. You will also collaborate with field sales leadership and brand teams to develop and implement local regional strategies based on market opportunities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience
50-70% overnight travel including evening and weekend conferences when necessary
Marketing Experience
Oncology Business experience
Cross-functional collaboration leadership
Project management skills
Ability to generate strategic insights to inform brand strategic decision-making.
