CHG is searching for a mid-to-senior level Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence team. Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain dashboards and visualizations primarily using Tableau, SQL (Snowflake), and Excel (and other tools as needed)

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and share actionable insights directly with marketing leaders & operators

  • Solve complex data and technical problems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable, and efficient solutions

  • Assist in troubleshooting reports, creating documentation, and establishing new best practices

  • Train stakeholders to use Tableau reports and provide consultative support for all manner of marketing analytics solutions

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrable ability to develop in Tableau (or close equivalent)

  • High proficiency using SQL in a business context (Snowflake is a plus)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and analyses preferred

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business & marketing scenarios

  • A passion for learning, innovation, and solving tough problems with a team's support

  • Sound understanding of BI best practices, relational data models, and reporting techniques

  • An eye for effective and concise visual communication

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a knack for clearly conveying difficult concepts to technical and non-technical partners

  • Very strong customer service orientation

  • Experience gathering and translating end-user requirements into effective solutions

  • A bias for collaboration

Education & Years of Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, information technology, or similar (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years working in Tableau (or close equivalent)

  • 3+ years data reporting and/or analysis

  • 3+ years writing SQL

Preferred:


  • Experience with Snowflake and/or T-SQL (MS SQL)

  • Experience in Python and/or R

  • Familiarity with reporting in Adobe Analytics

  • Experience forecasting and/or using statistical analysis to guide decisions

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $81,400-- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
