Position summary

As a Broadcast Coordinator you will coordinate and carry out the daily operations of Channel 14 in a timely, accurate, and professional manner and assist with department administration 


You are required to have:

  •  High school diploma

  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer facing role and/or technical environment

  • Understanding of computers and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Excel or equivalent software(e.g. G Suite), Adobe Premiere and Photoshop, etc.)

  • Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s),Google Suite, etc.

  • Ability to rapidly identify and diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and/or incorporate workarounds in a live broadcast setting

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Associates in business administration, multimedia accounting, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years experience in a business administration type role

  • Understanding of WinLGX software

  • Understanding of the fundamentals of streaming video


This position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule located in Perham, Melrose, or Sauk Centre, Minnesota. 


 Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
