Volt is immediately hiring for Documentation Specialist in Melrose Park, IL.
As a Documentation Specialist you will:
Train on company Document Database
Update and Reformat local SOPs per internal requirements
Provide document revisions and technical writing
Work closely with colleagues across other departments to ensure SOP updates are sufficient
Work on multiple SOPs in various stages and maintain a detailed status of each one
This is a full time opportunity.
M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to accurately document and review critical information.
Highly organized
Microsoft Word and Excel proficient.
Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly.
Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of prior documentation experience.
Pay Rate:$24.68 per hour
