About the Role




As a Part-Time Manager Level II at Claire's, you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting your Store Manager and Management with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales

  • Driving and achieving store KPI & QSM targets

  • Overseeing daily priorities and day to day activity

  • Inspiring your store team to drive sales and deliver the finest level of customer service

  • Ensuring your store is well merchandised and set to drive sales

  • Training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.

  • Ear piercing Leader

  • Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service

  • Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience

  • Demonstrating products - DTI

  • Assisting customers with their questions using your product knowledge

  • Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions

  • In the absence of your Store Manager you will take accountability for the overall operation of your store ensuring high levels of team performance and business results.

Qualifications - External




About You

  • Minimum 1 year retail (year management experience preferred)

  • Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills

  • Some comparable experience - working to/supervising a team to achieve KPI targets

  • Basic technology skills and ability to operate POS system

  • Understands the importance of Customer Service

  • Strong reading & comprehension skills

  • Have the experience/ability to develop, motivate and coach a team to achieve impressive sales and business results

  • Good Multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt based on the company initiatives

  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts

  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally

  • Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
