As a Part-Time Manager Level II at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
Supporting your Store Manager and Management with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
Driving and achieving store KPI & QSM targets
Overseeing daily priorities and day to day activity
Inspiring your store team to drive sales and deliver the finest level of customer service
Ensuring your store is well merchandised and set to drive sales
Training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.
Ear piercing Leader
Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
Demonstrating products - DTI
Assisting customers with their questions using your product knowledge
Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
In the absence of your Store Manager you will take accountability for the overall operation of your store ensuring high levels of team performance and business results.

Qualifications - External
About You
Minimum 1 year retail (year management experience preferred)
Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
Some comparable experience - working to/supervising a team to achieve KPI targets
Basic technology skills and ability to operate POS system
Understands the importance of Customer Service
Strong reading & comprehension skills
Have the experience/ability to develop, motivate and coach a team to achieve impressive sales and business results
Good Multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt based on the company initiatives
Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
