The ideal Senior Offer Manager acts like an owner in helping manage the sales growth and profitability of the responsible product basket. Senior Offer Manager is accountable for managing the product life cycle, outbound marketing activities and sales enablement for Schneider Electric's Offer in the USA Market. The Senior Offer Manager will lead activities that require cross functional support of product introductions, marketing, training, and profitability. The Senior Offer Manager collaborates with global business units to create and develop innovative marketing programs and tools, and collaborates with marketing communications, channel, and segment marketing to deliver and execute the programs to drive demand and grow market share. The ideal Senior Offer Manager is able to grasp the technical capabilities and features of the offer and translate them into benefits for the customer. Senior Offer Manager crafts the messaging, price, and positioning for the products, monitor sales, net income results, and takes corrective action to ensure business goals are met. Channels to market include distribution, direct sales, OEM and End User accounts.
