Job Description: Develop new offers and coordinate procurement activities between procurement categories and the line of business. Support new product development projects and end-to-end product lifecycleon the assigned product lines. Influence and support the implementation of global and local procurement strategy suppliers which match the line of business needs in terms of growth, technical challenges, innovation, and sustainability. Support the review, negotiation, and source of key materials necessary for the manufacture of Schneider Electric products as procurement leader for offers in scope. Position eligible for remote work up to 3 days/week. 20% domestic travel required to suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and industry fairs for negotiation, parts approval, prototype and pilot runs, and strategic alignment meetings.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, International Business, Finance, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in procurement sourcing, supply chain, or related occupation, in global corporations which must include at least some experience with: Procuring and sourcing products for Low/Medium Voltage Energy Management Equipment for large, multinational corporations with global scope and supply chains; Managing international supplier relationships; Developing category procurement strategy; Negotiating with international suppliers; Working in Projects (responsibility, accountability for tasks and outcomes); and Using Procurement digital tools (SAP, AMAPS, MAPICS(AS400), JD Edwards, Tableau, PowerBI, SSP-SRM (eRFQ, Contracts, Supplier and Supply Risk Mgmt), Coupa).
