What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
4+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2+ years of experience in CPG Marketing
2+ years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing
Experience with product innovation development, building digital activations, and leveraging data & insights to drive business performance
Strong understanding of CPG marketing, the eCommerce channel, and how to operationalize digital demand levers
What will be your responsibilities?
Lead strategic initiatives that stem from digital framework (POME, Ecosystem, etc.)
Develop an approach for 'win' and 'play' strategies in Connected Commerce with a specific focus on Social Commerce
Work with our pure play and omni retail partners to develop ad hoc solutions to create better growth and integration opportunities for our brands
Work with Brand Teams and CMI to develop innovation plans that enable eCommerce innovation sufficiency and achieve our eCommerce growth objectives across the next three years
Specifically partner with our "eCom Leadership Brands", Greenies, Nutro, and IAMS, to drive their eCommerce innovation agenda and digital activations
Serve as they key eCommerce partner to our Brand Teams, ensuring their communication and brand plans come to life within Retail Media and other eCommerce touchpoints
