The Business Continuity Vice President position within the Enterprise Resiliency Office works with Enterprise Resiliency senior management team in the completion of a variety of activities and will plan, manage and oversee the execution of strategic projects, financial management, and executive reporting within the Office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides leadership, management and execution for a variety of areas including executive presentations, dashboard reporting, internal communications, divisional goals/metrics reporting and coordination of projects with internal corporate partners.
Prepares presentation materials for governance committees, regulators, and other audiences
Support senior management with various activities including but not limited to budget development, staffing, procurement requests and real estate changes.
Develop and execute internal division and corporate wide communications using multiple communication channels
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, inclusive of Town Halls and skip level meetings
Performs financial management oversight to enable achievement of financial goals.
Manages executive dashboard reporting management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Coordinate and oversee Resilience Reporting. This will include but not limited to operations management, report generation, quality assurance, report distribution, and user support.
Participates in program/project planning and management by maintaining program tracking database and documentation, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation
Assists with the analysis of deliverables tracking, change requests, and reporting, recommending solutions and process improvements
Maintains teams' sharepoint documentation and communication sites
Manages contingent labor set up, approval, onboarding, and tracking process
Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of allocated projects including but not limited to design, development and the execution of project deliverables
Enterprise Continuity Steering Committee secretary responsible for coordination of meetings, materials, minutes as well as policy & charter maintenance and communications
Represent ERO as the Division Policy Manager for the Corporate Policy Center Standard as well as communicate to ERO policy owners the requirements of this Standard. Execute a quarterly check of the division's policy repository to ensure that all content is available and current including but not limited to policy updates, pre-implementation checklists, implementation checklist
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' Financial Services experience including Project/Program Management experience. Consulting experience a plus.
Proven Leadership & Program Management skills.
Proven communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with senior management.
Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals.
Team player.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 Annual
